How do I save my progress?
Saving is automatic. Your progress, president character, achievements, and settings are stored on your device as you play. There is nothing you need to do.
I deleted the app and lost my saves. Can you restore them?
No. Saved games live only on your device and are never transmitted to us or anyone else, so we never receive a copy and cannot recover them. Deleting the app permanently erases all local data.
Does the app need an internet connection?
No. The President Simulator works fully offline. It makes no network requests and functions identically whether or not your device is online.
Does the app collect my data?
No. The app collects, stores, transmits, and shares no personal information of any kind. See our privacy policy for details.

The President Simulator is designed for iPhone. It is not currently optimized for iPad.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the purchase you'd like refunded. Apple reviews each request under its own policies.
