The President Simulator does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. This policy explains what that means in practice.

Information we collect

None. The app does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information. There are no user accounts and no sign-in of any kind.

How your game data is stored

Your saved games, president character, achievements, and settings are stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. We cannot see it, access it, or recover it. Deleting the app permanently erases all of it.

Internet access

The app does not connect to the internet. It contains no network requests, loads no remote content, and functions identically whether or not your device is online.

Analytics, tracking, and advertising

The app contains no analytics, no tracking technologies, no advertising, and no third-party software development kits of any kind. We do not use cookies or device identifiers, and we do not track you across apps or websites.

Third parties

Because the app transmits no data, there is nothing to share with third parties. We do not sell, rent, or disclose information to anyone, and no outside service receives anything from the app.

Children's privacy

The app collects no information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. It complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act by virtue of collecting nothing at all.

Historical content

The app depicts real historical figures, events, and policy decisions for the purpose of simulation and entertainment. This content is drawn from the public historical record. It is not a statement of fact about any living person and does not constitute political, medical, or financial advice.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app introduces features that collect or transmit data, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the effective date above will change.
